Complimentary assessment
Every client receives a complimentary assessment before commencing services. The assessment will be done by a care supervisor at the client’s home or place of residence including healthcare facilities. We pledge to complete the assessment within 48 hours of initial contact with our office. Throughout the assessment, we will evaluate the client’s home safety, use/need of assisted devices and performance of activities of daily living.

Coordination of care
Coordination of care is a client and family-centered, team-based activity. This is especially important during transition times or significant changes in condition. It strengthens accountability and responsibility among all those involved in the care of our clients.
